SPIN Ideas’ Marketing Accelerator Program is specially designed for:

During the six-week program, you – and your team, if applicable – will learn and create everything you need to implement a successful marketing and sales strategy based on your values and goals. The SPIN team will guide you through the whole process!

Program Structure

Pre-program

To ensure everyone will be prepared and ready for the program, we will start with:

  • An initial strategy call with Veronica to help understand your goals and audit the processes you already have in place.
  • In the Marketing Accelerator, you have access to 8 hours of Veronica’s expertise. You can distribute this 1-on-1 time with her from the moment you join the program up to 6 months after the program ends. This will allow you to put into practice what you have learned and ask for advice when you get stuck or are not sure which direction to go.

Week 1: Purpose, Uniqueness & Goals

  • During the first week, we will focus on YOU. We will identify what makes you unique, and your values and set clear goals to accomplish. By following this method, we will ensure that you and your services stand out organically without paid advertising.
  • Once we identify what makes you unique and your brand keywords, you will learn how to communicate it and share your business with the outside world.
  • You’ll set a clear path to reach your goals learn how to periodically check to make sure you are still working toward them at any point and are still on the right path.

Week 2: Audience

  • During this week, you will take a closer look at your clients: who they are, what they need and how to approach them.
  • We will create your clients’ avatars using different market research tactics, such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
  • The client avatars help us understand their thoughts and needs, likes, and dislikes so that we can communicate and connect with them.

Week 3: Choosing marketing tactics

  • Once we have the basics covered, it is time to choose the tactics that work best for you.
  • You’ll dive deep into your business to identify your sustainable growth model.
  • You will learn to create actionable business development strategies.
  • Explore paid advertising options: google, Facebook or LinkedIn ads, events sponsorships, business groups and more.

Week 4: Planning and Budget

  • During this week, you’ll identify what needs to be done per quarter, month, week, and daily in order to reach your targets.
  • Allocating and sticking to the budget.
  • Identify who is responsible for each task—internal or outside parties—its duration, deadlines, and budget.

Week 5: Strategic partnerships, PR and Media

  • You will research, identify and start approaching the right hubs and organizations keeping your audience in mind.
  • We will explore the best way to partner with them: barter, membership, sponsorship.
  • Identify which partnerships can be created within the SPIN Ideas network

Week 6: Marketing and Sales Funnels, Sales Embodiment

  • During the last week of the program, we will focus on creating your best marketing and sales funnel to have a consistent pipeline.
  • You will learn and start creating your pipeline, learn how to approach your prospects, run a sales cycle and close the deal.
  • Investment

    We believe that a marketing strategy should be accessible to everyone. During this six-week program, you and your team will not only have a complete strategy for the next 12 months with clear daily steps to implement it, but we will also guide you step-by-step.
